Winning Ways Kicks Off

Four companies are taking part in the pilot Supply Chain Innovation programme being run by C2, in conjunction with Matrix.
The companies - Summer Harvest Oils, Connage Highland Dairy, Thomas Thomson Ltd and Border Biscuits - will take part in an eight week programme which will enable them to develop innovative new products and services. The programme is linked to retailers, manufacturers and distributors so that the development addresses real commercial needs. They met for the first time last week to get to know each other and their capabilities.
The process involves learning and applying the award winning Eureka! Ranch Winning Ways methodology, one of the world's most effective systems for creating and commercialising ideas for more profitable products, customers and markets.
