C2 Partnership Award

C2 is once again sponsoring the Partnership For Success Award as part of the Williamson Foodservice Highlands and Islands Food and Drink Awards, 2010.
Organised by the Highlands & Islands Food & Drink Forum, and supported by Highlands and Islands Enterprise, the Awards celebrate excellence and achievement in the area's food and drink industry.
Categories for this year include awards recognising healthier food and drink, good environmental practice, innovation, businesses working in collaboration with each other, as well as new products and new businesses. The popular Taste of the Highlands & Islands Restaurant of the Year and the Young Ambassador of the Year will also feature at the glittering Awards ceremony, due to take place at the Drumossie Hotel, Inverness, on 29 October 2010.
The Partnership for Success Award is open to all businesses in any part of the food and drink supply chain, which can demonstrate successful partnership working and collaboration. They must also be able to demonstrate how this has benefited their business and others in the supply chain. This category recognises businesses working in partnership and collaboration since 1st January 2009.The judges will be looking for businesses which can demonstrate that through partnership working and collaboration they have:
- reached wider markets
- developed better services
- maximised resources
- improved service levels
- developed a marketing brand or increased their visibility in the marketplace.
