The Sustainable Food & Drink team of Caledonian University's Environment Centre held a webinar on July 6 2011 which provided an overview of what the UK's main supermarkets (food retailers) are doing to tackle climate change. It also tackled what food and drink manufacturers could do to align their practices with supermarkets' environmental aspirations.
