Far North Beef Event, Sutherland

This event, which will be delivered jointly by the North West Cattle Producers Association, QMS and the C2 project, will feature workshops on cattle health and development, as well as a butchery demonstration by QMS. The day will help producers better understand the supply chain and consumer tastes.
The day begins at 10.30 and the first series of workshops on Animal Health, Cattle Type and Nutrition and Safeguarding the well-being of the land, kicks off at 11.00. These workshops will be repeated at 11.50a.m and again at 1.45p.m
A seam cutting butchery demonstration, delivered by Gordon Gibb in conjunction with Kathy Peebles, QMS Livestock Development Manager, will take place at 2.40 p.m.
