Project Progress
The C2 project has a number of operational themes
- Case Studies - This aims to help companies, organisations and farmers understand the benefits of collaboration by showcasing the work of successful collaborative ventures
- Understanding Your Supply Chain - Working with partners, we are helping companies and farmers to maximise their supply chain through events
- Introduction to and Improving Your Supply Chain -we can help companies, organisations and farmers to take action to improve their supply chains by working with them to find partners, broker relationships and develop agreement. We can also help them innovate through our Supply Chain Innovation programme.
- Facilitation - We can also help by facilitating discussions and meetings between companies and between organisations to help them find ways of collaborating.
- Comparative Research Monitoring and Evaluation - We are capturing the knowledge we are acquiring during the project to help inform future policy and projects
- Dissemination - We are using events, social media and and other methods to tell people about the project and pass on information about collaboration
So far, we have worked with
- 293 companies, some participating in several project activities, from receiving advice to help with detailed joint venture supply chain projects
- 86 organisations/councils/academic institutes have been involved in the project
- 888 people have taken part in events, many of them farmers

We've also carried out two collaboration surveys - the results of the 2011 survey are available here
